THE PLAINTIFF,  Dr. Maxim de Falstaff,

DESIRES TO SUMMON THE FOLLOWING PARTY TO COURT:

Andrew the Gravedigger

 

ON THE BASIS OF THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLE(S), DOCTRINE(S), EDICT(S) OR ARTICLES OF LAW:

 

202.012 - Where an individual intentionally commits upon another an act of violence which brings about lasting but not permanent injury, incapacitates for any length of time, or utilizes a dangerous weapon, this shall be violence of the second degree. (Class V)

 

202.063 - Where an individual knowingly disseminates false information about an individual, with intent to harm the reputation of that individual, in a public space or by distribution of printed materials, this shall be defamation in the first degree. (Class E)

 

209.031 - Where an individual actively attempts, but fails to commit, a crime, the individual shall be held liable with a mitigated punishment according to the crime which was attempted.

202.023 - Where an individual intentionally and with premeditation causes the death of another, this shall be murder of the first degree. (Class V)

Through the assault and attempted murder of Maxim de Falstaff within the Falstaff & Ryswal Psychiatry Clinic, proceeding to publicly falsely proclaim that Maxim de Falstaff is a vampire for reasons unknown.

Veikko Harjalainen shudders at the idea of a blood-sucking parasite in the courthouse, especially one representing somebody accused of being a vampire!
