John Ivory 4546 Share Posted March 25, 2020 THE NOTTINGHAM ORDINANCE Enacted by the Secretary of State for the Interior S.E. 1760 WHEREAS, the so-called ”Nottingham Company” has a history of disturbing the peace, destroying the public order, banditry, extortion, bribery, and other criminal mischief and violations. WHEREAS, the so-called ”Nottingham Company” was declared a terrorist organization, dissolved, and banished from the Imperial State by our predecessors. WHEREAS, it is the duty of the Secretary of State for the Interior “to manage policing, law enforcement and the safekeeping of the Emperor’s peace within the Crown’s direct dominions.” (ORC 601.064) BE IT ENACTED, that the so-called ”Nottingham Company” is reaffirmed as a terrorist organisation, dissolved, and banished from the Crown’s direct dominions, with concurrence from the Crown of Haense. BE IT ENACTED, that active membership of, as well as counsel and aid to, the so-called ”Nottingham Company” shall be considered an an act of treason (see ORC 204.01), punishable with death by hanging.
