A depiction of the two brothers and their father. . .

Construction was underway. Sounds of hammers, saws and other tools sounded throughout Renelia. The Archon’s dream of a new city had been going well, and things were good with the Ker. Like many other days, they went about their hours calmly, conversing and congregating in the square.

Though, over time a pair of youthful ker, both the age of twenty, would occasionally be spotted. They looked similar, and was it not for their voices, they would be indistinguishable. First came Veris, the younger twin, though merely by a few minutes. Then, Vaeril, the elder.

Few knew exactly what the duo wanted, and fewer paid attention to them besides their naturally suspicious characteristics: Their pale hair and their even paler eyes; that of the Velulaei’onn, the ruling nobility of Renelia.

Rumours floated about their heritage, but such rumours would not stay mythical for long. On a day like all the others, the Archon conversed with his subjects. Vaeril stepped into the square and spoke boisterously and confidently to Ailmar Velulaei’onn, Archon of Renelia;

Father.”

Embraces were exchanged and smiles held. The Archon’s twin sons had finally ventured to the ashen city, to that of Renelia.  The Paired Princes, elekreynallaurir, had arrived.

Though their stay would be brief, for there was an Azurite to be hunted. Ailmar charged the twins with bringing back she who would commit crimes against Luara and Renelia’s peoples. After garnering their equipment,the duo set out into the world to find the elf with the death mark.

Ailmar had long awaited for the reunion with his sons. He had not expected them to come home so soon, let alone be the bearers of bad news. It mattered little, in the end. A new dawn for Renelia was near, his sons brought hope with them.

”Hozh dat Ailmar’z kubbiez are hohm!” The Gobbgoth comments from his cave, having met one of the twins, Veris, in Krugmar a cactus day beforehand, and having met the other twin in Renelia on his visit.
