AquaticWolf 286 Share Posted April 21, 2020 Rise of the Sultanate [Flag of the Sultanate] This declaration proclaims the emergence of the Sultanate of Korvassa as a sovereign state that rules over the Korvassa desert. Founded by the Glorious Sultan Ameen “Al-Mujaddid” Al-Nabeel in the year of Allah, 1764. The virtuous rule of the Sultanate will be conducted from its magnificent capital, the city of Al-Faiz. Trait: Friendly/NeutralNational religion: Iman al-rashidunGovernment: Hukumah Administration I, Sultan Ameen “Al-Mujaddid” Al-Nabeel, in the name of Banu Nabeel, by the grace of Allah, do rightly lay my claim as the righteous ruler of the Sultanate of Korvassa. For too long the Qalasheen people have lived in the shadow of its predecessors, and atop the ashes of a once great caliphate. I declare my right, and the right of my descendants, to the lands of Korvassa, and those that inhabit it. I proclaim, to all those within the desert, my sovereignty over the realm, and pledge that I shall rule justly and righteously in the name of Allah. History After the disbandment of the Caliphate of Khalestine, the Qalasheen people found themselves without a home, but by the Grace of Allah, the fall coincided with the return of Banu Nabeel, the Qalashi tribe that would go on to be the ruling dynasty of the Sultanate. Together with what was left of the Loyal men and women of the Caliphate, they set out to find a temporary home within the Sovereign state of Talon’s Grotto, forming a merchant guild there. After some time, they had succeeded in reuniting the farfolks and with the return of Ibraheem Ibn Bashar Kharadeen, who they would proclaim as their Sheikh, they set out to settle in the deserts of Korvassa, founding a new city atop a hill that would come to be known as Al-Faiz. Not long after this, the Sheikhdom would face consistent attacks by bandits and rival Farfolk groups hoping to claim dominance over the young Sheikhdom, and to add to all their worries, the Sheikhdom would officially join the AIS-ISA, a war that would go on to last almost two decades, causing an immense amount of suffering for all parties involved. A decade and a half later, the Sheikhdom finally had peace with the end of the war, and the Sheikh, finding himself tired and feeling his duties were complete, abdicated in favour of his dear friend, Ameen Al-Nabeel, who would then go on to reform a great deal of the Sheikhdom’s governance and culture, columnating in the founding of the Sultanate of Korvassa. Glory to the Sultanate of Korvassa. Glory to the Sultan. Allahu Akbar! Signed, SAYYID AS’SADAAT, Ameen “Al-Mujjadid” Al-Nabeel, Sultan of Korvassa, Sheikh of Al-Faiz, Sword of Allah, Defender of Faiths, Defender and follower of Al’Iman Rashidun, Supreme Leader of the Qalasheen, Defender and Protector of the Farfolk people, Commander of the Sultanate’s Armed Forces, Sovereign of Korvassa
