A brief, though long anticipated notice finally made itself known on Lareh’thilln’s information board, appearing in the least a little celebratory with a few tasteful embellishments of silvered inlay. It came off a tad sardonic, though- Or is it arrogance..? Tone is so difficult to glean from the written, alas.

Mali’aheralonn Lareh’thilln Haelunor’ehya,

For too long has this topic been put off by encumbered Heial’thilln members, and so permission to act has been granted to Your Esteemed Tilruir’indor upon the delayed writing contest that Our Former Okarir’maehr began. Maenor would read through the notice, almost absent-mindedly, only for his indifference to turn into confusion and then later into a faint sensation of pride. As he finishes reading, a faint smile would imprint on his face. He would just sit there in front of the notice board, keeping silent. As he would sit there, he would relish at the, albeit unlikely, idea that somehow his book compelled the Okarir’maehr to resign. He would, after a considerable silence, chuckle. Elsul ito elsul’ane”  was all he muttered, very faintly so that only he could hear. Then, unaware of anyone standing in the square beside him, he would turn and make for the Library to resume his work.

Anyone inside the Library would have heard a faint laugh from down below, presumably from the Library’s lounge, which would sound incredibly earnest and just as ominous.
