In the name of transparency betwixt the Aulic Council of HRM Koeng Josef I, and the people of Hanseti-Ruska, the first town hall assembly is called forth to occur in the year 352 ES. Such is done and hosted by the Aulic Councillors so that the government may more openly communicate the concerns of the people, and further answer their questions brought forth in direct at the meeting itself. All people of Hanseti-Ruska are thus cordially invited to the occasion in hopes to voice their concerns without formal apprehensions of court. The town hall itself, should it prove fruitful, will occur at the turn of every 2 years.

Introduction

An introduction shall be presented by the Lord Palatine, to commence the meeting in the feast hall of the Nikirala Prilaz. If the Lord Palatine is not present, it will respectively pass to another member of the Aulic Council. The introduction will consist of a greeting, and summarization of ongoing events of Hanseti-Ruska. Thereafter, other members of the Aulic Council are welcomed to bring forth their particular announcements regarding their position and field of leadership. These announcements may also include job offerings and open positions. 

 

Questionnaire 

Citizens may bring forth questions to be addressed before the commencement of the meeting itself. Thus, the questionnaire will begin with firstly addressing those aforementioned inquiries. If there are none or after concluding the questions brought forth beforehand, all citizens (with no requirements of standing, status, or rank) are open to ask any questions of the Aulic Councillors (in general to the council or specific to a Councillor) to address their current thoughts, issues, et cetera. 

 

To note as a rule of the questionnaire, a hand must be raised before asking a question, and the participant must first be called upon by the primary host (which shall be by default the Lord Palatine, and will be stated otherwise in the introduction should his presence be absent).

 

Public Conclusion 

Before the amassed people congregated in the feast hall, the host of the Aulic Assembly will conclude on any final thoughts and issues yet to be addressed or in need of reiteration. The public conclusion thus commences the private meetings to follow. 

 

Private Meetings 

The private meetings will be one-on-one conversations (unless requested otherwise) with the Aulic Councillors as per request. Requests for these private meetings can be made after the public conclusion or in advance to the Aulic Assembly. All private meetings will be held in the respective offices of the councillors unless otherwise convenient or asked thereof. Those in waiting to speak with a council are requested to wait exterior to the office until otherwise called in.
