[!] A missive was sent to the Fakhr Oasis, and all across Sutica:

Following the recent events not far from and around the barony, I must admit that I felt threatened. There were actions that could seriously damage my home, as well as my family. There were stories circulating, various stories, about how Qalasheen bandits from the south would come and loot every house of our Free State, and I must admit, there were many such stories. However, everything came to light, so these stories also showed their true face, and that is the face of delusion and untruth.

 

There are times ahead of us where we need to be harmonious, and responsible to each other. Some of the nobles in the region have already reasoned to the people that our friends from the south are nothing but ordinary people. No villains, much less bandits. The work of one or two people can not and must not tarnish the reputation and integrity of a large whole, so we must not look at this situation in this way.

 

So I, Lukas Komnenos, Baron of Trabzon, want to say that there will be no tensions and that peace will continue, as it should. I wish the locals of the Fakhr Tribe all the best, to improve friendly relations, for now and forever.
