~ Overview ~

 

In a time so rife with conflict, the Mali’ of Elvenesse and Haelun’or have deemed it fit to bring an end to the Marshland Campaigns, in efforts to restore proper peace and sanctity to the southern seaboard.

 

 

---

 

 

~ Principle ~

 

 The Crown of Elvenesse, the Commonwealth of Sutica, and the Silver State of Haelun’or (henceforward refereed to as ‘the Signatories’) agree to adhere to the following articles:

 

SECTION I - Sovereignty

I). The Signatories pledge to mutually recognize each other’s sovereignty, right to rule over their people, and territorial integrity.

II). The Signatories pledge to recognize the signing governments as the sole legitimate governments of their nations, to the exclusion of all other claimants.

 

SECTION II - Diplomatic Relations

I). The Signatories agree to open embassies in each other’s nations.

II). The Haelun’orian Embassy in the Commonwealth shall be granted the right to teach public and optional lessons to Mali’aheral residing in the Commonwealth.

III). The signatories agree to negotiate extradition of criminal fugitives.

 

SECTION III - Non-aggression

I). The Signatories agree to a Non-Aggression Pact, pledging to neither wage nor aid in any aggressive war against any other Signatory.

 

SECTION IV - Duration

I). This pact shall last for a period of ten years, and then be up for review through the common consent of the signatories.
