THE OLD LEADER, THE OLD WAY The former Margrave of Korstadt and Kastellan Scribe, Sir Viktor Kortrevich has been around for quite some time, watching the poor progress and moral deterioration of this Great Kingdom. As Hauchdragus of the Royal Academy of Saint Charles, Sir Viktor Kortrevich attempted to reverse the shocking deterioration of our fine society and succeeded for as long as he served as Headmaster, but alas the strenuous nature of the Academy has submerged to redundancy. As Kastellan Scribe, Sir Viktor has spent his time recording history and current events to ensure that the Royal Archives are carefully kept and maintained, he’s textually seen the progression of Haense and is unsatisfied with its current trajectory. As the Former Lord Speaker of the House of Lords when we were entangled in Orenian affairs, Sir Viktor Kortrevich served gracefully and properly throughout his two terms. He gained the respect of both Haeseni and Orenian lords alike with his honest and blunt manner that accelerated bureaucratic machinations, which oftentimes stalled and slowed down meaningful change and useful development, mainly the renobling of House Vyronov and House Ludovar to their respective Barony and County. Now all these years later, the co-founder of the renowned Golden Crow Chronicles, Sir Viktor sees this as his final chance to serve his Kingdom and his fellow Haeseni through running for Alderman of the Royal Duma. Haense is in dire need of an Old Leader that can return Haense to its better ways. A return to simpler government, a safer kingdom, and a better society. A RETURN TO GREATNESS Sir Viktor Kortrevich aims to return to the days of greatness, discourse, and debate that was carried out under Kings like Andrik III and Marius II, and to do this the Royal Duma needs great leaders and minds like Sir Viktor to get Haense back on the right track. Through his platform and ideas, Sir Viktor believes he can help the Haeseni society return to its former glory. TERM GOALS: I. Privatizing Medical Care. II. Simplifying complex government branches.
