He has served steadfast in his duties serving the Empire for decades, from the Office of Lord Mayor to finally the Secretary of The Home Office. Sir Otis de Rosius has done his duty well and assisted in numerous projects throughout the years and has ultimately decided that he shall retire, therefore.
