With no leads and going as far to say zero cooperation from Cillian O’Rourke over the years, we will be closing the case. All investigations and arrest on sight orders shall be shut down first and foremost. The conclusion of this case being, Anton d’Amato-Orlov shall be presumed dead. With due regard for the d’Amato Orlov Family, this will be James Madrons final case as an officer of the law. However if anyone has information on this please step forward to the Ministry Of Justice.
