IV. Atherian will agree not to attack or raid destiny’s crossroads tavern and rally for it’s defence as well as the defence of Oren

Theroden muses over an ale. "Why do Imps see the need to brag about every turncloak they gain? At least folk knew who the Ferrymen and Blackvale are. This new band is one I've never even heard mention of before. I very much doubt they will add anything meaningful to the Orenian effort. The Horenites are desperate for propaganda."

George Maximillian briefly looks over the parchment before bursting into laughter as he realizes what actually had happened.

 

Fredrick Teufel Is casually passed out drunk in the Tavern when the parchment went out. Thus he had no chance to read it.

Theoden would be seen roaming the streets of Fenn, having absolutely nothing to do with the matter contained in the parchment. He did have a cool hat though, so at least the orphan had that going for him.
