Providence Tax & House Reform Act

Section 1 - Tax Reevaluation

 

Since the beginning of new providence, I have believed the taxes to be too high, however, I did not have the power to amend that. However not only do I have the power to now do such, But three very capable allies by my side. After a clear viewing of the current tax system, the following changes will be imposed.

Section 2 - Slums, Under new management

 

The Slums are the lowest of the low-class housing in New Providence, for a long time it was under no management. The Slums will now be directly managed by the Clerk’s Office. All Slum housing will be given an address and be free of tax and cost nothing to buy. To own a house in the Slums please contact a clerk today.

Section 3 - Magic District

 

The long-abandoned Magic District of New Providence is to be reopened to all and the house there will go up for sale, making anyone and everyone eligible to buy them. Anyone wishing to buy a house in this district should contact a clerk today. In an addition to the Re-Opening, a new tax code will be implemented for the Magic District.

Section 4 - City Square

 

Plans are being worked on for the Space in front of the bank of New Providence is to be transformed into a City Square where people can gather, meet and chat. Any Merchants displaced by this may contact the Head Clerk in order to move to a new stall located in the Bazaar.

Section 5 - New Establishments

 

Starting today, New Providence will be opening An Official school for children and an orphanage. Anyone wishing to Run these intuitions should contact Sir Jarad Munnel, Additionally, they will be managed by the Prefecture of New Providence. It is our hope that this will help the future generations of Children in Oren.
