The RH Count of Dobrov has submitted an application for a Free Company. After careful review of the application below the 9th Company of Dobrov is ACCEPTED. They shall be stationed in the County of Dobrov in the Grenz region of the Empire.

Name of the Free Company: Dobrov Crows

Summary of necessity and backstory: Dobrov has a history of relying on levying its own militias during times of strife as opposed to the protection of ISA regiments even before the Reutov Reforms - by matter of necessity, due to the lack of strong imperial presence on the northern frontier when compared to her fortifications bordering the Urguani front and the eastern shoreline. During the Norlandic Invasion, the County of Dobrov was granted special dispensation by the Emperor to gather its militias under the banner of a legitimate levy called the Dobrov Crows, named after the insignia of House Carrion. Though the Dobrov Crows disbanded after the Norlandic defeat at the Emperor’s command, it is the wish of the House of Carrion that the Dobrov Crows spread their wings with the advent of the Reutov Reforms, to aid in the Empire’s defensive and offensive operations in the future.
