The Father Philip, Viscount-Emeritus of Provins and Abdicated Patriarch of Pruvia, c. 1844

The man who once stood as delineation of the Petrine era, when the Holy Orenian Empire endured one of its Golden ages, has been sacked to obscurity. For the Pruvia now was disowned by his own heirs and successors, stripped of his name and nobility. Left without family or confidants, perduring amidst the forests of Provins for decades. Yet, years ago he committed such out of his love and service to GOD, but now he has no other option and by force resides in the harsh nature. Constant pain bothers his body and no remedy is to be found. Why is he not freed of this burden, why? Does he have an unfinished job or destined part by his GOD? Those are questions oftentime troubling his mind. Such thoughts got to him. Philip grasped a sharp dagger he had always carried. The tip was neared to his heart, yet he deliberated on how could one of GOD’s holiest men commit the worst of sins. The iron penetrated his skin, centimeters away from the elder’s clock. A sudden action by his own hand leading the dagger fully pierced his significant organ. The now sinner-priest laid onto the base of a tree, blood pouring from him. He gazed upon the scenery, eyes tardily closing. Philip took his last breath, orbs now closed and no heat emitted from his body.

BIOGRAPHY
A boy born in lavishness and luxury as the firstborn child and son of Simon Casimir Pruvia and Princess Anne Caroline. At the time of his birth he stood sixth in line to the August throne as the first grandchild of the future Emperor Philip II. Due to his high birth, and Imperial blood he was beheld upon by the closely aged madames of the time. The juvenile was curious and naturally smart on his birth and such was stimulated by the horde of tutors his parents had ensured. Upon his twelfth birthday he would be boarded to Providence and join the Imperial State Army as a Cadet. In a matter of no time he would acquaint himself with others of similar age due to his attendance at many balls and congregations. In one particular, he would meet his aging relative the Holy Dame Helena, who introduced the concept of Canonism and religion to the youngster. Leading to his religious development later in his life, but firstly he would squire under her and later progress to a Knight of the Mother Church. Gradually, he would progress to Ensign in the Imperial State Army, joining the Leadership of the Fourth Brigade much like his father. He would spend endless nights and days as a Imperial Guard to his great uncle, grandfather, uncles and aunts. Around the age of thirty disaster struck his family as his father was revealed as an Azdrazi and was briskly denounced from the Empire and thereafter Philip found himself as Viscount after a long period of exercising the rights of one in the absence of the past patriarch. Yet his tenure lasted only six years after he abdicated his worldly possessions for ordination by the Cardinal Providentia. Such action was seen as scandalous to some and holy to others. He would be offered to ascend to the position of Director of Civil Affairs, yet such position was one not befitting a servant of GOD and he refused respectively. He would hold various positions even as priest due to his attempt to sway the public and the government to more holy practices and obedience to GOD. Some as Speaker of the Imperial Diet, Magistrate and Alderman of New Providence and so on. He would find himself disconnected to the Mother Church due to the conflict between the Empire and the Church and therefore he advocated for the schism of such. Later earning his nickname, Philip the Schismatic. The aging man would slowly depart from the public and proceed to reside in the forests of Provins living as GOD intended for men to, under the skies, amidst his creations. Such proceeded for a long period, till the Brothers’ War when the priest felt the need to pronounce his support of the senior and legitimate successor to the Crown of Exalted Godfrey due to his more Imperialistic and old-thinking. Two of his children joined him, whilst the others turned against him harshly. He once again retreated to the wild, later appearing at one of the first courts of Frederick I, King of all Orenians to petition his formal re-introduction and stand for trial of treason due to his growing paralysis of his legs. He would be banished by the Lord Chancellor for eternity and dragged out of the courtroom. Later committing suicide and ending his life.

He was a Cadet, Ensign, Viscount, Imperial Grandee, Speaker of the Imperial Diet, Representative of the Imperial Diet, Head of the Imperial Archives, Alderman of New Providence, Magistrate of New Providence, Manager of Imperial Resources, Priest, Holy Knight of the Mother Church, Founding Member of the Saint Adrian Society, Director of the Coterie, Director of the Pruvian Reserves and so on.
