ON STRUCTURE 

 The Lord Viceroy, or the Head of the Interior Office
The Lord or Lady Viceroy, as appointed by the King himself, oversees both the Department of Stewards and the Department of Architects. Furthermore, they represent the interests of the office on the King’s Privy Council.

 

  The Lord Steward, or the Head of the Department of Stewards
  The Lord or Lady Steward, appointed by the Lord or Lady Viceroy, manages the clerical upkeep of the Orenian capital, Vienne. They are tasked with the inspection of all Vienne ledgers, the sale of properties within the city and if need be, the eviction of inactive tenants. 

 

   The Stewards
    Capital Stewards or more simply referred to as just, Stewards manage the day to day transactions of property sales in Vienne. They are typically enrolled by the Lord Steward and assist them in their tasks.

 

  The Lord Architect, or the Head of the Department of Architects
  The Lord or Lady Architect, appointed by the Lord or Lady Viceroy, manages the various construction projects around the Kingdom. They work closely alongside the King and Viceroy as their tasks range from the removal of abandoned estates such as the Carrington Estate to the beautification of a region as recently seen with Lower Petra. 

 

   The Architects
  Royal Architects or more simply referred to as just, Architects aid the Lord Architect in his numerous projects, and some more senior ones may even direct on their own. They are typically enrolled by Lord Architect.

 


ON OBLIGATIONS
The Interior Office
The bureau oversees its lower branches, ensuring they are operating as presumed. Furthermore the collection of revenue from the city through purchases of homes and taxation and granting of projects to the Department of Architects, acting as official correspondence between the entire agency and the King. The handing of plots of land is reserved and determined by the Lord Viceroy with assent from the Crown.  


  The Department of Stewards
The subdivision oversees the management of properties in our capital, therefore their selling, taxation, eviction and any housing issues that may arise. 


  The Department of Architects
The subdivision oversees the various building projects and construction around the country, their tasks ranging from beautification of lands to drafting of blueprints and demolishing abandoned estates, yet not delimited to such.


ON INDUCTION

 If one wishes to enroll in the Interior Office, and respectively one of the two branches they are to contact the respective Heads of said subdivisions and get in communication regarding employment. The Stewardry requires expertise in trade, business, persuasion, and knowing the bits of handling ledgers, on the other hand, the Department of Architects demands profound expertise in architecture, construction, and building.
