Baron Dietrich Barclay returns to the Viscounty of Minitz.

 

TO THE SONS OF MINITZ, ORENIA, AND ALL THE REALM,

 

After a long and arduous journey into the Southern lands and finding his peace, Viscount Dietrich has returned to Minitz to take up the mantle of Lord once more. With the return of Viscount Dietrich into his demesne, Lawspeaker Martin Barclay declares that the regency of Sir Leon is officially over. 

 

The Viscount personally thanks Sir Leon for his work in the upkeep of the Viscounty after seeing the buzz of prosperity within his realm upon returning to Minitz. Informed by the competent management of Minitz by Sir Leon, Lord Dietrich decrees the following;

 

• Due to the children of the Viscount being too young, Lord Dietrich designates Sir Leon to be his heir to the Viscounty in perpetuity.
• Any claims of the Franzian line of House Barclay to the Viscounty of Minitz are invalidated after Lord Dietrich's tenure in leadership.
