The Laurir’heial of Celia’nor

 

Introduction

The Great City of Fi’andria, located in the heart of Celia’nor, is where the governance of the commonwealth may be found. Celia’nor is a high elven principality, fortified by only the best and the brightest of minds. 

 

Within this dominion, is one main body of the government that the Princess created to fill her cabinet. There is the higher council known as Laureh’heial, which is overseen specifically by the prince/princess of Celia’nor. Only those of high elven blood may ever hold a position on Laurir’heial, lest one rises through heavy meritocracy or through times of war. This decree shall cover the positions and who fills the Laurir’heial.

Arch-Princess

 Ivarielle Ibarellan (Twinndolin)

Ivarielle the Great is the Arch-Princess of Celia’nor, despite her retiring, she is still the supreme power of the nation. It is within the plans she had set out for Celia’nor and her philosophies that the decisions of the nation are made upon. Despite this, the current royarch is the highest authority within the government. 

 

Princess

Valyris Ibarellan (Cepheid_ | Cepheid#9890) 

This  is the figurehead of the nation,  they hold the highest ranking authority within the government apart from the Arch-Princess. They have complete control over the council and its functions, advising them when necessary. They are the supreme commander of the military, and have the ability to override laws, make changes to the constitution, and overrule court decisions. 

 

Royarch’s Advisors

 

The Royarch’s Advisors are those that advise the Royarch on their day to day duties with ongoing political and court matters. In the absence of the Royarch, they relay information they have left for them to the council and vice versa. They are told what is important for the council meetings and they ensure that the will of the nation and monarch are held first and foremost with the decisions made by the council. The current advisor(s) are Ithirae Wynasul and the Golden Lord Aeldwen.

 

The Laurir’heial 

The Laurir’heial are the royal council, helping the High Princess and Princess ensure the prosperity of the nation as well and are tasked with fulfilling their positions to the highest extent.

 

Laurir Heial, Laurir of Fi’Andria 

 

Virar Aestenia Aevaris (lillyeveans| Maevelin#1083) 

The Laurier of Fi’andria is the head of the council second in command to the Princess. They ensure that no one is overstepping their positions and keep the councilors productive. They manage the work of the Princess and act in her stead when she is absent. The Laurir’Heial is responsible for the administrative duties of the council. In addition, they maintain national relations, trade, and alliances between other nations and the homeland. During times of war, they work closely with the head commander and the royarch to ensure that proper actions are taken. 

 

Mordu’lar 

Laurir Senna Cerusil (Sailor_BTY | Sailor#4861)

This is the head of national security, and the lead of the military. They ensure the safety of the citizens, uphold the law, deal with court proceedings, manage the citizen guard and the royal guard. They are tasked with recruitment of the military, training, protection of the royal family, ensuring that magic laws are not being broken, and the death sentence to all those whom the court may deem fit. 

 

Laurir Sil

Virar Thalon Nullivari (_Sug| Sug#4795)

The Laurir Sil is the leader of the knightly order that is under the patronage of the royarch. The figurehead of the Order of the Gryphon, tasked with overseeing the development of new knights, squires, and pages. Acting as a liaison between the Order and the Princess, the Knight Paramount structures the duties of the royal retinue, explorations, and other duties held by knights of the Order. Additionally, he provides a bridge between the knights and populace of Fi'andria and holds a public role so that the Order is properly represented in the Celian Court.

 

Laurir Akaln

Virar Serigne Pyl’rie (Allienness| Allien#4524)

The treasurer of Celia’nor is responsible for making money for the nation and allocating mina. They are responsible for the administrative matters of finance in the nation to ensure the economy is bustling and the treasury is full. They work closely with the Laurir Quartermaster and Laurir Lin to generate funds for the needs of the nation through the stockpiles and taxes.

 

Laurir Lin

 Asul Py’lrie ( jeegk | Jake#6111 ) 

The head steward is tasked with the regular maintenance of the city, the collection of taxes, and the homing of new residents. They have full authority to evict those who fail to pay tax, and work with the treasurer to maintain economic balance and steady tax rates. The head steward is also in charge of electing and dismissing other stewards. 

 

Laurir Kaliri  

Ro’ya Nullivari (Amyy_ | Amyy#3796)

The head coordinator is in charge of all events headed by the city. They manage activity rates, citizen engagement, and encourage tourism in the city. They work with the Royarch to coordinate royal functions, plays, magic shows, court ongoings, and more. Along with those duties, they hold an important role in the Celian Court to ensure the courtiers and nobility are entertained.

 

Laurir Lye

Laurir Ante’ahern Athri’onn (CephalonAir | Air#1521)

 The lord of the people is responsible for implementing new citizens into the city. They are responsible for helping direct them to whatever they need and ensure they are well received by the populous. Their responsibilities are to direct people to jobs and other hubs within the city to maintain people’s interests. They work with the rest of the council to direct people to help with their needs.

 

Laurir Fer'pueran

Numerion Visaj (Nectorist | Nectorist#8102 )

The council scribe is tasked with the writing and creating of documents for the council and Princess. It is their responsibility to write missives, debriefs of meetings, letters, and so on at the behest of the Royarch. They ensure that quality is produced in publications pertaining to the principality.

From a boat's deck, a tired 'Thill knits, waiting for another's return from their trek to land. Upon the other 'thill's return, the knitting 'thill would read the newest Celia'nor news. "I'm happy for her." He'd say and return to that contraption, intended to be a sock some day.
