[!]Caius Godwin Alstion his personal coat of arms upon the parchment [!]

It is with a heavy heart that I, Caius Godwin Alstion, announce the death of my beloved father, Prince Emil Caius of Aaun.

The body of my late father was found along the Florentine river with various equipment left behind for his children. The body will be prepared to lie in state and for his kin to say their final farewell.

It is my dear grandfather, His Majesty and grandmother, Her Majesty, who I feel most sorry for, for having lost their son at such a young age. I too, mourn alongside my Uncle and my Aunts in the death of my beloved father. The Household of His Late Royal Highness will go into a state of mourning for the coming three months.

May GOD, judge my father his soul and allow him to reunite with his ancestors.

Signed,

His Lordship, Caius Godwin Alstion

First Sea-Lord and Admiral of the Aaunic Royal Navy

Amidst the hushed halls of her abode, Emerentia lit a solitary candle in the dim cellar. The air was laden with the scent of musty stone and mildew. The flickering flame of the candle played upon the walls, casting eerie shadows. With a heart heavy with sorrow, she whispered prayers for the late Prince's soul to ascend unto the Seven Skies.

Her vigil lasted until dawn, a small offering of solace in a world darkened by grief.
