Why can this group not fulfill their roleplay niche in an existing settlement or nation? (Give a detailed answer and examples of how this has not worked in the past.): This group is unable to fulfill their roleplay niche in an existing settlement or nation due to the villainous nature and behavior of the group along with rituals and meetings between members. Necromancers, Warlocks, inferi, and undead as not welcome openly in most if not all cities. Choosing to be under a city or settlement would place our fates more in the hands of the PRO and ROs which has in the past lead to metagaming from them. Getting this lair would directly go past this issue as the ROs would all be aquatinted with eachother, leaving acts of metagaming to be more easily spotted and pinpointed to the source minimizing the ooc conflict.

 

How does this lair add to the greater world around it? How will its existence benefit its roleplay group and the server at-large?: This lair adds to the greater narrative of the world by providing a place where antagonists can quarter and funnel their efforts on world-altering schemes. It's existence provides a challenge to heroes or sell swords, allowing intricate webs of stories to be told.

Sorry about the delay, the team went under some restructuring. If you wish to reapply, please do so. I would recommend evaluating the lair some, as I'm seeing most people on here are already part of other lairs or similar (even the same) groups. Am I correct also that an Imp leads this lair? It's just strange to me.
