The Marchdom of Lotusgrad hereby enters into a feudal agreement Elijahu Pinemaw, Patriarch of House Pinemaw, in return for their Feudal obligations, the House of Pinemaw shall be titled and landed.

 

ARTICLE I - OATHS

The House of Pinemaw shall swear fealty to the Marquis of Lotusgrad.

 

ARTICLE II - BARONY OF PINEMARK

The House of Pinemaw shall receive the title of Barony of Pinemark, the Barony shall be located south of the King’s Bridge.

This title shall be hereditary and follow Pinemaw’s own succession laws.

The Patriarch may style themselves as their Lordship, Baron or Reeve of Pinemark.

 

ARTICLE III - FEUDAL OBLIGATIONS

To maintain their land and estate, the Barony shall pay a lump sum of 200 mina and a yearly tax of 50 mina.

The House of Pinemaw may be summoned whenever needed to form a levy.

The House of Pinemaw may be asked for material contributions.
