[!] The newest addition to Lewes sleeps soundly within Virdain.

It is with utmost joy that the Barony of Virdain announces the birth of

a new member and heir to its noble lineage, Ashford de Lewes.

On the 8th of the Sun’s Smile, 1954, just as the twinkling stars began to settle above the rising sun - cries tore throughout the halls of Virdain. The Heavens seemed to smile down upon the future Baron of Virdain, Henri Leufroy de Lewes, and his wife, Katharina Elisabeth de Lewes nee Reuss, as they were blessed with a healthy, robust baby boy. The family and attendants of the Barony was renewed with optimism and immense joy as another promising generation graces the world.

Like his father, a scion of the Ashford de Lewes dynasty, the newborn carries the weight of one day continuing the prosperity of the Barony. In accordance to his love for his Savoyard culture, the Lord Henri de Lewes insisted on naming his son Guy Olivier Alexandre Ashford de Lewes ( @Timer)  to continue the family’s naming tradition.

A baptism for the boy will be scheduled and announced at a later date.

SIGNED,

HIS LORDSHIP, Henri Leufroy Sigismond de Lewes

Heir-Apparent to the Barony of Virdain

HER LADYSHIP, Katharina Elisabeth von Reuss

The Lady Chamberlain, Clementine Francisca  gazed over the missive in absolute awe, quickly picking up a quill to write a congratulatory letter in response. "They Shall make a great set of parents indeed.." She said smiling over to her own children who'd been playing happily as she watched over them from inside their home. "Perhaps I shall send some small children's clothes as well.."
