After extensive debate amongst the leading Dwedmer within the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, we have agreed to accept the demands of Morgul the Undying. The Security of our cultural relic is more important than all, and due to the war effort, we are unable to spare the resources to physically claim the helmet ourselves.

 

Thus, this missive shall serve as a way to fulfill one requirement of the three demands. We shall immediately begin the construction of a statue of Morgul the Undying, which will be revealed for all to see and witness. Within the next few Stone days within the square of the Dwarven Capital, we shall host a festival, attributing the day to Morgul the Undying. We expect the helmet to be within our possession before or during the festival, which we swear on our honor, shall occur. This missive, and the fulfillment of one of the three demands, shall serve as effective proof that the Grand Kingdom of Urguan does indeed intend to fulfill the demands of Morgul the Undying.
