To the Citizens of the United Kingdom of Aaun and Allies,

 

We hope that you all are in the best of health, despite the ongoing conflicts happening around Aevos.

 

For many years, our tavern has not been operating to our expectations for as long as we remember, and sadly the management of our tavern has been neglected enough as we were busy fixing other bigger issues that has been lingering around the United Kingdom. However, by the grace of GOD, we have dealt with most of these issues and our beloved capital, Whitespire, has been lively enough and operating to our expected needs. However, with every crown comes a jewel, and the jewel of Whitespire falls within the tavern. We now give the chance for investors, mainly Aaunic citizens and their allies to have the chance to acquire the Tavern for themselves as a private property, as long as they are satisfied with advantages we will provide:

 

• Granted Citizenship rights of Aaun
• Granted 100% of the income for personal use.
• Have the ability to renovate, advertise and sell, as long as it abides by the laws of the city, and permission from the Lord Seneschal.
• The ability to host events at any time.
• No taxes charged at all.
• The ability to rename your own tavern.

 

In order to become eligible to take part of the auction, you automatically hereby these following terms & conditions:

• Must be aged 20 or over.
• Must be an Aaunite or a Covenant Citizen
• Host at-least a grand tavern night per year.
• Hire a suitable team along with preparing an official menu and an advertisement sheet.

• The Minimum bid is 500 mina, bid increases by 50 mina minimum.
• Auction closes in 3 days.
• The winner must pay at least 50% down-payment of the bid they offered, while the other 50% can be payed over the course of 4 years, in order to motivate bidders from all classes financially.
• In order to eliminate any unfairness, once a bid is up, all those who bidded will be notified and the auction will be extended for 2 saint hours.

 

The Treasury office and the Crown wishes the future bidders luck, and for any questions contact the office of the Treasury.
