DIOS LOS BENDIGA,

 

The Sovereign State of Hyspia is pleased to announce the elevation of rank to a Viscounty for the House of Denodado. They have proven to uphold service, to rise in our defense and to represent what Hyspia seeks in all citizenry; nationalism, piety and honor.

 

It is with this edict, that the House of Denodado is promoted to the Viscounty of Banderas. The succession will be hereditary; in which upon their death, the title shall be inherited by their declared heir unless otherwise promulgated by our command.

 

They are to be the examples of what the Sovereign State of Hyspia strives to be, upholding our trust, maintaining the law and rule of our nation - pushing Hyspia ever-forward.
