I've changed nothing except for the references to it being a MArt and expanded the reasoning for it. New Rites of the Nephilim Ritual. Eclipse of Bithe’Vah A group of 4 minimum Nephilim must come together in order to perform a grand act of Bithe’Vah - The Eclipse. This ritual unleashes a violent inferno from its point of origin, wreathing the entire landscape around it in dragon’s flame. Spoiler Mechanics: A group of 5 minimum nephilim must come together at a drake shrine before imbuing a collective 60 units of dragon’s flame into it. This will overpower the drake shrine with dragon’s flame as it begins to build up over the course of 5 emotes. With each emote after activation, a ring will form within the sky around the drake shrine forming a collective of 5 permanent rings, each with draconic runes within them. On the final emote, a great inferno will erupt from the drakeshrine’s location. This blaze of fire forms in the shape of a large vortex, destroying the land in a 50x50 maximum radius around it. These flames would destroy structures, animals, and those who failed to flee from them. The flames would last for approximately 10 emotes before dispersing into the realm of ash and embers that would be left behind. Redlines - Units used in this spell would take an extra 24 OOC hours to regenerate. - This spell cannot be used in combat, save for approved event scenarios by ST management. - This spell cannot destroy gigantic structures, such as mountains, oceans, lakes, etc. - The flames are the property of dragon’s flame. - Should the drakeshrine be struck with any holy magic during its charging period the shrine will immediately explode in a 10x10 radius of dragon’s flame. - The rings in the sky after this ritual would persist until it is performed in another location. - This ritual must be taught IRPly and marked on the Nephilim's CA. - This ritual requires PRO permission to use. Explanation & Reasoning This new ritual is mainly used to further the roleplay and culture of the Order of the Serpent, a group of doomsday-esc Nephilim. The intent for this ritual is to be used on realms or lairs who have been dissolved by staff giving them a thematic end if their community so wishes. Or to even serve as an ability to be used in dire measures regarding an event, or to be used in open terrain. This ritual could also be used to aid in the storytelling of a rebuild, giving roleplay and a story to the topic. Nephilim need a, for lack of better wording, means for "mass destruction." As servants of Azdromoth, and by extension Iblees. A huge part of their purpose is causing ruin and destruction.
