In a long-awaited renewal of venerable alliances, the Principality of Celia’nor and the Most Serene State of Lurin hereby reaffirm their steadfast ties to one another through a renewed pact. This esteemed alliance is founded upon the mutually agreed articles delineated herein:

 

Article I. Sovereignty

 

I. The Principality of Celia’nor and the Most Serene State of Lurin hereby mutually agree to recognise and honor the autonomy and sovereign prerogatives of each other's realm and the claim towards their promised regions. As both parties recognize each other for their claims and titles per their respective populaces, which shall be honored in the face of all.

 

Article II. Alliances

 

I. The Principality of Celia’nor and the Most Serene State of Lurin do hereby solemnly agree to a defensive military alliance. By this sacred pact, any act of aggression or hostility perpetrated by a third party against one of the signatories shall be deemed an act of aggression or hostility against both realms, compelling mutual defense and unwavering support.

 

Article III. Trade

 

I. By virtue of this esteemed alliance, each realm shall be granted a single free stall within the other's lands for mutual use, to remain so for the entire duration of this pact.

 

Article IV. Extradition and Darkspawn

 

I. In the pursuit of justice, the authorities of each respective realm, as delineated by this pact, shall possess the authority and judicial power to extradite any wanted individuals found within the lands of the other. Such individuals, having committed crimes within their own state, shall be returned to face judgment in the lands where their villainy was perpetrated.

 

II. In accordance with this pact, it is hereby declared that both realms shall bear the solemn duty of acting in unified effort to eradicate the malevolent presence of darkspawn. Any known knowledge of these accursed beings shall be communicated between the two lands, with the steadfast aim of purging them from our midst.

 

Article VI. Joint Military Operations

 

I. With the likeness of their militia’s in mind, as an extension of relations between the sovereign states of these two respective lands, the following beings hereby agree to from henceforth work alongside one another in joint trainings between their armies as an effort to expand their individual realm’s prowesses in the prospect of strengthening their populace for any imminent threat that may be posed before them.

 

Article VII. Duration.

 

I. The duration of this treaty, binding these two sovereign realms, shall endure for a period of ten years henceforth.

 

II. During the tenure of this pact between these realms of Mali kin, should any impasse or cause for discontent arise, the two realms agree to seek resolution through the convening of diplomatic meetings.

 

III. As the agreed duration of the alliance draws near its conclusion, the two sovereign states shall convene to deliberate upon the matter of renewal or dissolution, in accordance with the will of their respective authorities.
