Nekhen, although still a beautiful metropolis long after the Esh Wer-sedjet Desek-Renkhet, stagnates. The Regency Council, the acting ruling body of my homeland, lacks the vision and innovation to progress our city into its namesake further, “Victory.”

 

Thus, I write to you all in search of arcane knowledge. Perhaps by harnessing the powers of what you call "The Void", I can begin to enlighten my people. Admittedly, I’m ignorant of the capabilities of Voidal Khotet, Sorcery, but I’m also willing to do what I must for the benefit of my people.
