High in the frozen mountains of Haense, where the biting winds whip through icy cliffs, the castle of Isaakev stands watchful and silent. This fortress, carved from rugged stone, has long been the proud home of House Ludovar, lords of the Margravate of Kvasz. The castle’s snow-dusted battlements rise against the vast white landscape, a testament to enduring strength in the face of the harshest elements.

 

In the quiet of the night, with snow thick in the air, a secret ceremony took place within the walls of Isaakev Castle. Inside its small, dimly lit chapel, where worn tapestries hung on stone walls and candlelight flickered softly, Sigmund Ludovar, heir to Ludovar, stood with a steady heart. Before him, Princess Elaine of Petra waited, her gaze just as resolute, ready for the moment that would bind them in marriage.

 

Before a close gathering of kin and trusted retainers, Sigmund took Elaine’s hand. Though the ceremony was humble and discreet, it was filled with deep emotion, reflecting the significance of the moment.
