milkyi 1989 Popular Post Share Posted September 9, 2024 c. 197 of the Second Age TO THE HOUSES OF THE CANONIST REALM, S A SQUIRE striving toward Knighthood, I have been entrusted with many tasks along the way. Among the last of these is a study of the heraldic arms of all Houses that stand in our age, not of those long-defunct or outside the Canonist fold, but of the faithful, be they noble or commoner. In my travels across nations, I have gathered many crests, yet the stories behind them often remain hidden. Few have been able to share the history or meaning behind their arms, and thus I write to you now, seeking your knowledge to aid my study. If your House bears a unique crest and follows the Canonist faith, I kindly ask you to send a reply in haste with a description of your shield— its symbolism, colours, and history. Even if there is little or no known meaning, such information is still of value. I also request that you include the words of your House, your motto, and the significance they carry. Please send any replies or inquiries to the Fief of Garenbrig, addressed to Lady Heledd Glennmaer. IN FAITHFUL SERVICE, Lady Heledd Glennmaer, Squire of Lord Glyndwr of Garenbrig
Cryptic 552 Share Posted September 9, 2024 Lord Alteon Gwynadar received and read the missive of the Garenbrig squire. A smile was displayed in his face upon hearing that Heledd wanted to learn more of heraldry in Aevos, along with the realization that she is progressing nicely in her squireship with their Lord. To help her out, the Knight Commander sent a parchment, with a letter attached to, to her room in Formindon that reads the following; Spoiler Dear Heledd, In this parchment, you'll find my growing family's heraldry, history and information. It would be an honour for it to be apart of your studies. Flame guide you, always Signed, Lord Alteon Gwynadar.
MunaZaldrizoti 8037 Share Posted September 9, 2024 Milena recalled her brief meeting with the Lady Glennmaer--one of the more engaging conversations she had as of late, amidst a flurry of diplomatic meetings and royal councils. The small part of her that was capable of generosity hoped that aspirant-knight would see some luck in her pursuit of heraldic history.
