The Peace

 

It is said by the Gortslayer Rhak’Dom that there shall be four-years of no war in the pursuit of Greater Krugmar. Stone by stone, we have cast down the rebellious works of the other races, and castigated their dark works. Where once ugly spires towered into the sky obscuring the beautiful clouds, there are now no such things. The World Cactus has emerged from the dunes and lent us its wisdom. The Spirits are known to us. Our Ancestors look upon us with rugged smiles, knowing that where wickedness walked, we cast it back into the darkness from which it came. 

 

The word of the Orcish Rex shall always be fair. To the Descendants who fear us, know that those who do not defy the Spirits shall be saved. Let a panda never again be enslaved, let the wicked and abhorrent infidels of the Devil-King Bal’ance be chastised. There is no idol except for our Emergent Creator, the Prime Mover who created the First Man and Woman who bore our great Forefathers and cast them aloof into this world. Malin, Krug, Horen and Urguan serve as exemplars of our species– the Spirits came to Krug and his children, and by the rite of the Spirits mandate do we serve as the naturally born species to inhabit the dunes. 

 

As the Umie People speak, the Prime Mover does move and make, and from his boundless energies come the undercurrent of our world – The Spirits in their brilliance are the natural caretakers of this world, and let it be known that The Aspects are interlopers. To the Druids of this world, know that Freygoth is our true idol, and we shall strictly admonish and cast out all works of direct idolatry that praise The Aspects in our hallowed sands. 

 

In the thousands of years since our civilization began, we have seen great warriors. Mogroka, Craotor, Ponder, and the many Raguk Rexes wrought untold devastation upon their foes. However, we must also practice temperance, and recognize that there is a time for change. Krug once defied Iblis, so too must we repudiate the works of Iblis and fumigate the remains of all dead in flames so that they do not rise again in his eternal thrall. 

 

The Mandate of Greater Krugmar shall be our desire to restore the natural order, so that even after Rhak’Dom is Rex, the mission is carried forward to establish a permanent homeland for all Orcs. The alternative is a nomadic life living on the fringes of Umie and Twiggy societies, by which Rhak’Dom cannot abide this prospect. 

 

Here, my Halfling Bard yet transcribes this mission, to showcase my desires. Greater Krugmar shall be won not through fury and eradication, but by enabling the best impulses of Orcs: Honor, Resilience and Constitution. 

 

We revere the Spirits, we revere Krug, and we admonish the Infidel. The Infidel who serves Iblis. Rhak’Dom pledges that all who come to Rhak’Dom seeking to kill the Undead shall be assisted. Even our most decadent foes shall find common cause with the Krughai so long as we emphasize the eradication of The Fallen. Their souls must move on.

ARTICLE I: GREATER KRUGMAR

The pursuit of Greater Krugmar is the desire to build a great nation on the territories of the former Khanate. Greater Krugmar shall be a land of many Orcs, Orcishness shall dominate the governments and religion, and other bastions shall be given to those who owe us fealty. In return for their lands and fiefs, tithes shall be given to the Rex of Lurak in the pursuit of the Mission of Greater Krugmar. 

 

The lands which our own descendants shall inherit from us shall be lush and wealthy. With overflowing coffers and armories packed full with Daemonsteel blades and enough Carbarum to wet the appetite of the most gem-hungry Ztout. 

 

ARTICLE II: THE FORMER KHANATE

The nation of Lurak upoholds its fiduciary duties and dual-citizenship practices with Caurost even after the dissolution of The Khanate. All Orcs shall welcome the people of Caurost, the Elves of that city shall be granted citizenship within our great domain as well as Honorary Orc status. 

 

Lurak desires Peace in the East, Lurak desires tribute and gifts between all descendants of the First Man and Woman. Lurak shall endeavor to maintain strict alliances with the Church of Canon and Caurost.

 

ARTICLE III: STATUTE OF DEFENESTRATION

All who disrespect the might and majesty of the Orcish People within the Realm of Lurak shall be cast out windows or drawn and quartered with four horses. To those who construct foul-fangled Beasts of Omen, Towers of Scarring, and Horrid Landscapes we shall root you out and destroy you. Nature must be preserved. And in the pursuit of this mission, we shall purify the dormant castles scattered about our newfound and old holdings, and concentrate all of our people within Lurakahn.
