Juniper Wick, undoubtedly vile and evil and repulsive, committer of many murders and crimes uncountable, cruel and unwavering in her evilness, cannibal and blood drinker and witch who sacrificed children and small animals alike, is dead and cannot react. Not even her soul lingers in some wretched place. She just doesn't exist anymore.
