To Our Loyal Subjects, Esteemed Allies, and Devoted Friends,

The light of Alba burns steadfast, a beacon of divine providence that graces our fair city of Elizabeth with vitality and hope. By the favor of the Church, which has entrusted Us with the stewardship of these lowlands, We remain resolute in Our sacred duty to restore and nurture this land, that it may flourish as a haven for all who dwell within its bounds.

In these days of renewal, as the voice of Our inaugural Mayor rises to herald progress and prosperity, so too does the promise of tomorrow take root in Elizabeth. Yet, it is not only the hope of the land that swells Our hearts, but a most joyous and providential blessing within Our own House of Alstion.

Thus, with immeasurable joy and thanksgiving, We proclaim the birth of Our beloved child and heir:

Edward Cecilius of Alstion

This blessed event fills Us with renewed purpose, for the torch of Our lineage is now passed to the next generation. In celebration of this auspicious occasion, the House of Alstion shall host a grand commemoration following the next Saint’s Week, wherein Our child shall be formally recognized and presented to Our loyal subjects.

Let this moment serve as a testament to Alba’s enduring grace and the bright future that lies ahead.

Friedrich Wilhelm, the juvenile Prince of Merryweather, was glad to receive an invitation from the Crown of Alstion "Yippee, finally I will not be the youngest at the Court!" The boy exclaimed out of pure joy, before going to wonder what to bring as a gift for the infant Alstion heir

Edward Caius held the new bairn high in the air, "GOD blesses our union," He'd coo to the babe. "Look, Cecily, the fruit of our labour is ripe."

Antonia Letizia smiled as the missive was delivered to her, though she knew of the babe coming not long before. "May GOD continue to bless them with such wonderful blessings." said the young Lady Mayor as she began to pen a congratulations letter along with the cake she made for the couple.

From within the Abbey of St. Catherine, Joseph Frederick murmured prayers at the altar, beseeching GOD for the good health of the newly-born Princeling.
