Ideas: Playground, the children of Balian need a place to go and play, I think its time we figure a good spot and build a place where they can go and play all day, build swings and slides, climbing items and a sandbox to play, and perhaps in winter a ice rink could be placed for a while.   Public Garden, When I first saw the palace’s gardens I saw such beauty, however its a real shame for it to be locked away and for us to only enjoy when an event at the palace occurs, so I suggest we make a public garden, a place where people can go and enjoy nature and just relax.   Building are also in need of a little rework, the apartments are very nice however the mansions I have seen need a total makeover, it is my hope we can have the inside redone for people who may live in them for the future, I also had a thought perhaps the possible person interested in the mansion would want to do the work themselves, like a fixer upper so to speak, I really hope I can see this come to reality someday.    I want to work with people, get ideas and help on how to make Balian a better place, these are only some of my ideas and I can only help if someone had a suggestion they would come to me, I least hope if you vote for me I can accomplish these things for the city I love.
