Felix, I've been thinking about a Job in the guard. An Advisor!

Basically, they would be thinking of tactics, how to solve problems in Oren, investigating rumors, etc.

A suggestion from me, I think we shod have two people on gate duty, one for opening/closing the gate and greeting people, the other to enforce any rules that being in the gatehouse stops you doing. The number of people who I ask to sheath their swords and remove their helmets, then put them on again as soon as theyre inside the city is just ridiculous. They break the rules then disrespect the guard, it has to end

Your Experience : A lifetime of fighting for self interest and money. I was a caravan guard for a while, though that didn't pan out the way I planned.

Describe Yourself : I was raised in Al'khazar until I was around 15, where I set out to make something of myself. I tried a bit of banditry for a while but just didn't have the right mindset I guess - too unwilling to attack random people. I tried being a caravan guard until the elf who was hiring me decided he could outrun any bandits instead of paying me to protect him. But ever since one of my friends got kidnapped travelling the King's Road I've wanted to make it a safer place.

Why should we recruit you? : I'm tough and listen to orders well, and I'm perfectly happy adapting to any role you need me to fill, or taking on any jobs that need to be taken. I don't know about leading, but I think I'd be a trustworthy number two.

What are your strengths? Weaknesses? : Strengths are fighting and dealing with people. I can also farm very well. ((Level 25)) However, my ability to inspire men might be somewhat lacking.

Do you know how to handle a weapon? [sword/Axe Skill Level] : I've been training with a sword since I was old enough to carry one. ((Swords level 53))

Ambitions For The Future? : To make the King's Road safer and eventually be able to afford my own house in Al'Khazar

:A group of bandits are camped on the Kings Road. Ordering a toll for passing. Its only you and two other recruits on duty. You decide to grab some armor and head out there. What do you do? [+Points For Thinking About It And Being More, Tactical] :

I have two men fully armored/equipped? I'd send one along the King's Road, singing loudly and clanking along, making as much noise as possible. Have him hold up the bandits for as long as possible, maybe take a long time with his coin purse or try to engage them in conversation. Essentially, distract them so that me and the other guard could come in from the sides and sandwich them. The bandits should be caught unaware and the three of us should make short work of them.

- I would tell the other Recruits to be low, and quiet then, so they won't know they're coming to run. When they get to them, she would ask what they're doing. If they refuse to confess, she would try to arrest them. If they try to run, she would order the Archer to shoot at their legs, to stop them from running. I would send someone to find a higher ranked guard.
