1. SHALL be defined as the  following:
   1. Graves and Tombs
   2. Churches, Wayshrines, and places of Canonist Worship
   3. Specially-designated monuments and historical sites, including the Boar of Dagodurnos and other sites to be specified by amendment to this Directive
2. SHALL NOT  be destroyed, vandalized or modified without the express permission of the Pontifical States
