ȶogether they sat, various Maehrzh gathered in the Principality of Cauróst. A cold breeze blew through the thick birch woods, the leaves rustling near them. A green table near a lake, even if it felt like a small place to start, they knew more was to come. Aytheln rose up, letting go of his pen as he finished his writing. It was done, the Lyeolael aeth kruhso llye was founded.

 

THE COMPANY

Llye-ramasarvotel, known in Common as the Ramasarian Company is a trading Company run from the Principality of Cauróst. Its purpose transcends beyond just trade. Lyela aeth Kruhso llye aims to be more than just a trading company. Its purpose is to also serve as a union for like-minded Maehrzh to rally behind. A collective, aiming to provide a cause for all Maehr willing to reunite with their kin.

The Company trades not only through stalls spread across various nations and settlements, but also through their envoys. Skilled traders and diplomats alike, spreading their influence and wares throughout the lands of Aevos. The customer doesn’t need to come to the Company, as the Company will seek them out.

ROLES & STRUCTURE

The lyeola aeth Kruhso llye adheres to a robust leadership structure. Some positions were taken from the structure previously present within Clan Vel’obv. Sitting on top of the company are the elders. A collective of leaders each tasked with leading specific branches of the company.

 

The Elders

¤ӄɛᵲψɱα-ʋɛʅʊᵲψռα - Aytheln Vel’obv

The okeryma-veluryna, or elder envoy is responsible for seeking out trading opportunities and establishing relations with various nations. In addition to this, they are also the one responsible for the appointment and management of all other Elders.

 

¤ӄɛᵲψɱα-ʋɛɦɱ - Istrán Illicaeryn

The okeryma-vehm, or golden elder is responsible for the company’s finances. They work closely together with the okeryma-kerokyr, to organise day to day trade, prices and the management of various stalls.

 

¤ӄɛᵲψɱα-ӄɛᵲ¤ӄψᵲ - Naazeri N’traruhi

The okeryma-kerokyr, or Artisan’s Elder, is responsible for the production of the Company’s various goods. They are both in charge of their custom-made wares, as well as keeping the supplies of their stalls in check together with the okeryma-vehm.

 

¤ӄɛᵲψɱα-¤ӄαᵲψᵲ - Koranth Nava’toul

The okeryma-okaryr, or guard’s elder, manages the military wing of the Company. They are tasked with both recruiting, and giving orders to the okaryrzh of the Company.

 

The Roles

The above Elders are each responsible for the below roles. Each employee of the Company takes upon a specific (series of) task(s).

 

ʋɛʅʊᵲψռα

Velurynazh, known in Common as Envoys, serve as the Company’s main traders. They are tasked with seeking out Commercial opportunities, as well as establishing relations in foreign lands.

 

ӄɛᵲ¤ӄψᵲ

Kerokyrzh are the crafters, and the backbone of the Company. It is their task to turn raw materials into custom made items. These are used to supply various stalls. Kerokyrzh may directly offer services to customers, such as tailoring or home decorations.

 

¤ӄαᵲψᵲ 

The dedicated guardforce of the Company. They are expected to accompany Velurynazh when on trading missions, as well as the Elders and all other members of the Company.

 

ψȶɦɛɦӄ

These are members who took the oath, but don’t take a specified role with the Company. Either their skillset is broad, or they chose to not focus on a specific branch. These could also be (eta)Maehr who are still allies of the Company itself, but do not take an active part in its day-to-day tasks. They could also be considered like-minded Maehrzh, who wish to feel a sense of unity with their kin.

 

Protection

All members of the Company fall under the protection of its authority. An attack from an outside force on one of them is treated as an attack on the entire Company. Should a member be found to be at fault though, the Company will not stand in the way of the nation they have wronged.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership to the company is bound by a few conditions, as well as an oath that must be taken with any of the Elders. To become a member of the Company, applicants must adhere to the following:

• Members must be Maehr or Etamaehr.
• Members can not be practitioners of the Dark arts, or have any affiliation to individuals known for practising said arts.
• Members will be paid accordingly, in relation to the services they provide for the company.
  • Any crafted goods, gathered materials or other services provided shall be rewarded.
• Members must be found to be pure of heart, and respectful of the traditions of the Maehr, and their culture.

 

Oath of Kruhso

The oath is to be taken by every new member to the company, and can only be taken in the presence of one of its elders. Only once this process has been carried out, is the applicant considered to be a member of the Company proper.

Should any Maehr be interested in joining, they must seek out any of the Company's Elders in person, or send them a letter.

Goods and services

While its membership is exclusive to Maehrzh, its services are anything but! The Company sells its wares all throughout the lands of Aevos, either through its stalls being set up in foreign lands or through custom orders sent in by customers.

 

Goods

Ramasarvotel llye sells various goods throughout its shops and stalls. These include, but are not limited to:

• Various foods
• Iron, gold and leather
• Armour and weapons

These goods can either be bought from the Envoys by request, or found at one of the Company’s stalls.

 

Services

Ramasarvotel llye offers various services in addition to its goods. These include, but are not limited to:

• Custom made jewelry
• Custom made weapons
• Custom made clothing
   

Anyone interested in our services, can make use of them by sending a letter to any of the Company’s Elders, or should seek out one of the Company’s members in Cauróst!

 

Location

Ramasarvotel lye is currently based out of Cauróst. The Vel’obv ship docked behind the capital of the Principaly, as well as a house found within the city both serve as the headquarters of the company.

Purpose

Although an economic endeavour, the Company seems to be more than just that. It is also a movement of like-minded Maehr. Those sworn in by the oath pledge to uphold the principles of their kind. Whether they are Ramasarian, Velulite, or trace their roots back to the long-gone days of the Renelian state. The Company should be seen as more than just that, but rather as a movement bringing its people together. An oath, a pact under which Maehrzh can find comfort and protection.

 

The signatories below belong to the founding members of the Company, and will be known as the Maehrzh who stood at the precipice of a new era for their szyr.
