The short notice has been posted to the town board in Babblebrook. 

"A new project has begun at the Urguan bay. Please forgive the ongoing sounds of construction for the next year or two as we work on completing a vessel of our own.
For information about the project send a letter to Prince Quill Runeflower (ArgentEra).
If any of our residents wish to assist in this project, there is a need of materials and skilled hands — see the tavern board for a list of what is needed."
