“Long may she reign in the skies. As she makes the fallen of the Imperial guard chase her across the skies as she randomly picked up passed on little ones.” Manfred declared as he got the missive.

At sunset, the imperial prince wanders through the gardens of the palace — he kicks open the doors, limping his way towards his room, and then, taking a seat upon his favoured desk.

With bloodied nails, Hadrian writes; for the first time in many years, the usual, fake smile on his face is long faded; it is covered in distress, veins prod across his temple in utmost fury. Silent prayers usher from his lips, the wick of a candle flame dims.

Do not apologize for you have rped well! I enjoyed Circe as she was a special character to interact with amongst the many people I rp with daily! I only wished I got more time to talk and possibly write a book on her!

Vivien sat upon a stool in the tavern of Alba, she seemed content in her writing when the news were mailed into the bulletin board. Crowds gathered and her head locked onto the amassing. The mage picked her book up, and her staff and walked over to the crowd. The elf pushed and shoved her way through, squeezing through the broad shoulders of the humans and their puffed dresses and tunics before viewing the missive of the passing of the Circe.

Her awed expression turned into a saddened one. An Empress who acknowledged her even if it was once, a woman of high regard seemingly passed away.

in her hand lied the story which she could not fully write. What would she even do now…

Her namesake pressed her cheek against the cold glass, watching as the men of Trident’s Peak solemnly lowered their banners to half-mast in mourning. Circe let her gaze drift away, settling instead on the worn teddy bear nestled at the center of her pillows like a sentinel of comfort. She grieved in silence.

The missive found the Margravine early in her office. The rays of sun hadn't even begun to peak over the top of the gatehouse, so her desk was lit up by a lone candle. Lorena was barely awake, already dreading the work that she knew would take her entire day, but she was happy to labor for her Emperor and Empress.

Apparently, it was just the Emperor now.

Tired eyes peered over the missive, hollowness spread throughout the young woman. It seemed there were so few she could look up to. When it came to her though, the first Empress of Man, the minimal interactions remained with her. She was a woman who didn't forget herself, even when she sat atop the world. She did not forget to laugh, to be unserious, even when it seemed demanded of her.

Lorena pulled open a drawer and removed an unsent letter that was carefully addressed it her Imperial Majesty. It slowly flipped in-between Lorena's fingertips before it was set ablaze by the single candle. The ashes of dead words were known to be good for the soil...

Madelief, a niece to Circe who had been raised by her in her own mother’s absence, found herself in the chapel of Myrine that very evening. The woman’s digits clasped some prayer beads her husband Cassius had gifted her a while ago. Her face remained stoney, eyes still wide with shock as she tried to utter some prayers from her mouth. Her voice, however, got stuck in her throat, so the scene was soon relegated to Madelief trying to keep down her tears. A sorry sight - for she knew that Circe would not have wanted her to cry.
