It took several hours, even after everything had been planned and boxed away for transport, for everyone to board the boats off the coasts of Kalldur. One by one, sails unfurled and ships begin their courses to a newly discovered land.

Suliin’yuln patiently waited to step on the boat set out for those from the Mother Grove, a camp for like-minded Mali, druids and allies to stay. She still felt out of place, a stranger that had invaded a group she wasn’t carved to fit into. But she left the Isles with more friends than she came with, and that enough was a comfort when the ship finally began once more to wide seas and a promise of home past the horizon.

She wore her green cloak, hood covered over bronze locks and her bow and quiver equipped to her back, the weight of Ceru Sul a new one that she had dedicated herself to carrying. The emerald fabric stitched to repair after a significant rip through the middle and frayed at the edges.

Yet not nearly as heavy a weight as the one on her mind. Her lasting memories of gore and bloodshed, the wet sensation of staining blood and spine-cooling fear. The invisible scars of being thrust into combat before she ever felt ready. The heavy expectation by peers and friends to take her first stride into becoming a druid. The heaviest weight of all – locating her maln to look after him and save him from his diseased limb.

She would continue interacting with those she’d grown to know better after such a long time in a community, putting on a brave smile in the daytime and retreating into herself in the evenings. There’s no doubt she was on the boat.

When the ship finally found purchase on new land, amongst the rabble to begin removing belongings, artefacts and more, one thing comes up short for the count from those who knew her. The green-cloaked redhead, who between all the noise, had managed to slip away quietly from everything once again.

Deulara Olazeiros bore no mind to the lack of presence, provided her psyche happened to be inattentive at this difficult period of travel. Until, eventually.

"Gone again, are you? Right, then."

(For those who see this and panicking - Suliin is still an active character. This is her leaving for personal matters while I'm busy IRL)

A druid clad in plate and wrapped in faded scarlet cloth stood at the prow of the ship his Circle departed on. In each of their laughing voices he found brief reprieve, yet his thoughts drifted elsewhere, circling the safety of a Maliame who had so stubbornly defied him.

His lips curved into a wistful smile. The Mali bowed his head to the breeze, a silent gesture of good tidings cast toward a friend already far beyond the horizon.

The Matriarch watched the young lari' as she silently snuck off, whispering a prayer to the Mani to guide her.

"Return to us soon, suika.."

Fallyn held herself close as the ship's hull hit the bay. Stepping on the shore of new lands, a glimmer of excitement and the ever looming hope that settled in her heart. A look around for the people that she considered her kin, those who she wanted by her side, with the new visages to discover. And yet a presence was missing... One she knew to keep herself always on the edge of vision. One that slipped away so often. "Suliin..." A longing murmur sounded from her frowned lips.

"Nae suliere'ento, llir." Her lips soon curved upwards. A smile flushed with the memories they had already spent together. She'll come back... I'm sure of it. The Druid mused, and stepped forwards into Azuras.

The druid clad in a moss-laden cape and platemail did seem to notice a certain absence, once the initial rush of the initial arrival onto the next landmass subsided, their mind seemed to wander, through peparations, through cobbling buildings together, through finding a new home, where might that copper-haired mali be? They figured it to be the carnage that had happened, the mind might just need time to adjust, no?

Change was something they were all too used to, grief as well, and yet they could not help themselves but worry, for that was what they did best.

He hadn’t cared to search so hard for Suliin’yuln, for her departure wasn’t news difficult to obtain; the crowd was quiet, dull, and far too boring for it to captivate any attention. Many over the years have retreated to the wilds, with the songbirds twitter their one true calling, and canopy a suitable shelter; yet that was something folk usually did during the latter years of their life, when the inner workings of home turn the life of a civilized man sour. Had their little sapling overworked herself, became a light that dimmed just as quick—or had the hastiness promised good fortune, in its own strange way?

Nonetheless Caius noted to himself to not dwell on it too hard, attachments were always a dastardly thing. All he knew is that a sapling couldn’t grow if it hesitated, and the wing’s length stays poor if it dismissed flight.
