Official Apology Statement

Regarding the incident involving House Stafyr and Jarad

To House Stafyr,
to Jarad,

and to all who witnessed the events,

With this written declaration, I intend to take full responsibility for my words and actions.
I will not seek excuses nor justifications—only truth and remorse.

In recent days, driven by misdirected anger and judgment clouded by impulsiveness, I uttered threats and harsh words toward House Stafyr and toward Jarad. I leveled heavy accusations, spoke without restraint, and overstepped the boundaries of dignity I should uphold.
This was a grave mistake—my mistake, which I will not attribute to anyone else.

I recognize that my words were not only inappropriate, but harmful.
They wounded relations, undermined trust, and sowed tension where respect should have prevailed.
Jarad received from me words no one deserves to hear—least of all in a setting meant for civil discourse.
Toward House Stafyr, I failed to show the courtesy and decorum that every house, great or small, rightfully deserves.

For this, I extend my official, humble, and sincere apology.

I do not intend to let anger command my voice again.
I do not intend to cast shadow where dialogue should exist.

And above all, I do not intend to issue further threats or allow my behavior to drag others into disorder.

I therefore ask Jarad, House Stafyr, and all who witnessed my errors to accept this gesture as a first step toward a dignified resolution.

I do not expect immediate forgiveness, but I commit myself to earning back the respect I have lost.

May these words mark a new beginning—not to erase what has been, but to build what may yet come.

— Viola

Guillaume would sigh a breath of relief as a formal apology issues from Viola herself. A dinner between houses was long overdue.

Sir Silas reads over the missive as he sat at dinner with his wife and family, paper in one hand, fork in the other. "...mmm.." He sets the paper down, a small huff of relief leaving him. The knight hoped that was the end of it. It wasn't fun reliving his failure like that.
He hopes Viola finds a way to grieve with help.

@ChainedDragons

Gloria Taqui Leomonte, spouse of Sir Silas, huffs and puffs as she takes her turn with the piece of paper over their lomo saltado. "Where's your personal apology?" Her voice shrills, her family undoubtedly well-used to her rage. "I know you asked me not to confront her, but can I punch her?" She makes sweet, begging eyes at her husband as their children likely roll their eyes.

Fortunately for everyone, Sir Silas stands firm on the 'no violence against civilians' rule.

“So… I’m going to guess you avoided telling any of us, to protect them…?”

Ember asked as she looked up to her father.

"If i where to tell it then the demands would have been greater, if you didn't try to kill them outright in a hunt."

He said going back to cooking dinner
