A missive spreads about, it lacked any signing but a short message

priceofego

Our teachings tell us, let the cycle flow as it is, Let war fester and let them be fought, let blood spill

And new generations shall be taught. A cycle that is and always will be inevitable, no matter who bleeds ‘pon stone.

Boots of blackened metal clad with dragons on their backs march through your lands, march through your cities, march through your gates and to your homes. This is not the first nor will it be the last, who will be the first to resist? They carry a mission- one to force a cycle that no descendant has the right to touch but yet they do, the cycle is broken.

◥◤

The Uruks resisted, they never had the intention to kneel

The Dwed now resist, they have realized their folly

The elves continue to kneel

◢◣

What pride do the elves claim for themselves? I cannot blame the Imperials for exercising their power, rights are earned not given. You cry injustice and seek no conviction. The cultures you claim are twined with politics, your people hunted like livestock. You cry to your leaders for action yet stay within the walls- better yet cages that keep you there, like the cows you breed and the horses you groom your homes are personal cages, you live under the folly of independence and individuality by the mercy of another.

\

What will you claim when the smoke clears?  There is reason your kind are always at the tail/ Subjugation is your birthright, i do not blame the emperor for i would do the same

"My home was destroyed so that men could rule through control and deceit. Warriors enslaved beneath a false sense of honor." The Liberation Oyashiman spoke, raising her Ōdachi toward the sky. "Still, I will fight to free mankind from its ignorance. To offer pardon even to those who betrayed the Haven or refused to aid out of fear." Soon after, she pinned this missive upon her shoulder plate of the armor as a memento of what she was fighting, and moved on to begin her preparations. "Rahar, Oijin, my Kami tiger of Revolutions. Bless me in this battle. Let us win for freedom." A small inhale was claimed, only to release forth her wary cry...

"Jiyū nakushite shi aru nomi!"

A shout for the Heavens to heed.

"This is for Choumi, this is for those we lost from the sin of Control!"

"A coward writes without signature because they do not wish to be found."

The man stated, glaring at the missive.

"They are puppetted by the Ill-speaker, they have lost their true God and now they slaughter everyone. Then, instead of it being the "true" race next, it will be only those who bent the knee to Iblees. Peasants, women, children, who's next? The land? Their own people? Fuckin' Idunians and pride. Malachediael had more courage, maybe they should finally embrace their templarism."

The man said in a blind rage, unknowingly tearing the missive. He sighed, letting his anger get the best of him embarrassed him.
"Cowards."

He then threw the missive as into the pit next to him, this missive was undeserving of his kind eye.

The Mali'ame's eye narrows, scrutinizing the note. She knows she doesn't agree entirely with the events up to now. That the inaction has cost lives and unnecessary strain. That they have been lied to, and yet no action was taken, murdered and yet no moves made. Only concessions for survial.

She also understands how her hands are tied in a way she cannot resolve alone, lest she be the one responsible for more harm. This kind of talk will only prod and provoke those with harmful means and thoughts to continue their crusade.

The copy of the missive is set ablaze by candlelight, a trace that the writings were ever held in her hands in the first place.

"What a mess..."

"Might is Right."

Uttered the Vizier of Hell, simple and direct.

"I wish whoever wrote this realised how little of a part they actually play. Oh well. It seems like some unafilliated third-party blaming the Elves for not being stronger? I don't know. I can't make sense of this - and I'm literally insane enough to understand when someone is being schizophrenic..."
