just boot this guy off admin already, his favoritism is blatant as well as his genuine lack of care for the server overall

 

dude goes weeks without even typing in staff discord, ghosting his own team, being incapable of showing up to admin meetings, and is constantly digging his heels in the mud when anyone requests even a modicum of change from him

 

he is not a team player, he is not fit to govern what he's failing to govern right now and the typical admin remedy of "wait this out for two weeks for the riots to go down" isn't going to resolve the issue

From my outsider Point of view, Spoopy did good work. My favorit subject to staff is transparency, which is saddly just lack of it. Any news on admin for CT? I know some people care deeply about the ban appeals, tbh when I saw it was a mod post, I knew it wouldn't be taken well by the community, practicly begging and demanding for transparency, CT admin, appeals, clarifications as the main subjects, with war being somewhere after that.

i don't really understand how the solution to people complaining about transparency was removing the only two people who actively engage w/ the community. i like most of u guys but this wasn't a good move! the people who are left are either pretty green or inactive/hard to reach most of the time (respectfully)

 

kinda seems like you're just removing people who i'd see disagreeing in moderation chat or complaining about how things were dysfunctional

 

it would be pretty sad if there was actually politicking going on. what is there to hold onto aside from being the guy who owns the notion or schedules discord meetings lol

 

remember that ur 'job' is to keep bad people off a minecraft server and make sure people are having fun

Let the people speak. I think it would be more PRODUCTIVE for people to voice their concerns, opinions and humor (community cope) instead of gripping the forums with an iron hand. This will just leave a poorer taste in people's mouths.
