I understand that Josh has been being a bad mod for the past year, but the man is trying to get a life for himself. He probably doesn't have enough time to think about what to do with LOTC. Whose to say that the mods he removed from the team aren't coming back? Why can't we just not be unemployed hobos and be people with common sense and empathy? (Any additional thoughts or feedback would be nice so I can know more about this topic)                        Additional Note: I mean he can probably have a mod to do some of the admin stuff for him when he doesn't have the time. Possibly        Second Edit: I kinda just wanted to see people's views on this more clearly cuz CT is too chaotic to see anything                   Final Edit: Please don't be toxic to me tho I just stated my opinion and it may change depending on the info that you guys give me. No one is saying that you need to dedicate 100% of your time to LoTC, or that you cannot be away for periods of time when things happen in real life. 

 

However, on the flip side, being an admin on here is not a position that you NEED to have. If staff members are inactive, they're removed. If NLs don't have time to play, they step down. If you are going to volunteer to take on a set of responsibilities, then you are accepting the obligations that come with that. If you do not have time to fulfill those obligations, then you should reconsider whether you should be taking them on in the first place. It's perfectly reasonable to hold people to account, even volunteers, when they are failing to fulfill the responsibilities that they have signed up for.
