Zezimar Reconstitution

I believe that the death of a Zar'ei should be a humiliating experience that creates roleplay, instead of a boring "death timer." This amendment will instead leave Zar'ei as weak creatures, having to slowly reconstitute their forms through roleplay. This reconstitution process can be done entirely in Moz Strimoza, where it will not be interrupted, but they may instead risk the process being delayed by crawling out early. (I have been informed and agree with the flaws of this post, but I want to leave the idea up for any future writes ^~^)

— A slain Zezimar will take 1 IRL week of feasting upon its own maleus to reconstitute its body, unless the Naztherak it is bound to willingly casts “Invocation - Zar’ei [T3]” to revive them manually.

Below is to be pasted under Psyicality in the lore:

Zezimar Reconstitution

Defeat in the mind of a Zar'ei is a thing of torment. Their deaths on the mortal coil shall cause their corrupted souls to return to the pits of Moz Strimoza. It is there that they will enter the state of Zar'drakur, where they will feast upon their own Maelus to reconstitute their form. This is a long, agonizing process, with their bodies slowly growing through various stages of humiliation, something even more anguishing for a demon, for their mind is not diminished through this. They will feel a deep sense of humiliation during the entirety of this, with their emotions highly in turmoil.

A Zar'ei may crawl from Moz Strimoza during this process, the entire process of regrowth laid bare for descendentkind to see. They can have any number of reasons for choosing this, but there is an inherent risk in doing this, for they may still be struck down again, which will delay their restoration.

Redlines:

— Upon being slain, a Zezimar will reconstitute itself through feasting on its own maelus. This process takes 1 OOC week for them to fully restore. During this process, they exist in the shameful state of Zar'drakur.
— The Zezimar may choose to crawl from the pits of Moz Strimoza at any point during Zar'drakur. They can not do so for 1 OOC hour, following all server death rules, as they are not more than a mere worm-like thing, unable to think before then. They can do this at the location where they died (with OOC consent of their killers) or somewhere random in the wilds, or near a familiar place.
— The Zar'drakur from OOC day 2-4 will have increased in size to a handsized wingless imp able to speak with full mental capacities, though filled with a deep sense of shame and humiliation. During this, they can not participate in combat to any degree, only able to squirm 2 blocks per emote at maximum distance.
— By OOC days 4-7, the Zar'ei will have increased in size up to that of a Zevnka (max 2 feet), though having nothing like functional wings. They can move at full speed and use natural claws, but otherwise will be incapable of using their malflame, any casting, or any weapons or armors.
— Any Naztherak may cast “Invocation - Zar’ei [T3]” to restore them manually to their full state, or raise them from Moz Strimoza.
— Growing in the Zar'drakur state, or leaving it, can only be done outside of combat.
— A Zar'ei player may OOCly choose not to progress forms to stay in an earlier state, even delaying their restoration entirely. The Zar'ei in roleplay must be extremely frustrated by this turn of events, however.
— While in the Zar'drakur state, if they are slain, they will lose 2 OOC days of progress from the reconstitution, one of which will be spent in Moz Strimoza.

Or should Navigator's "Immortal Demon" amendment pass after this one:
— Upon being slain, a Zezimar will reconstitute itself through feasting on its own maelus. This process takes 2 OOC days for an unevolved Zar'ei and 3 OOC days for an evolved one.
— The Zezimar may choose to crawl from the pits of Moz Strimoza at any point during Zar'drakur. They can not do this for 1 OOC hour, following all server death-rules, as they are not more than a mere worm-like thing, unable to think before then. They can do this at the location where they died (with OOC consent of their killers) or somewhere random in the wilds, or near a familiar place.
— The Zar'drakur at 1 OOC (or 2 OOC days for evolved Zezimar) will have increased in size to a hand-sized wingless imp. They can speak with full mental capacities, though they are filled with a deep sense of shame and humiliation. During this, they can not participate in combat to any degree, only able to squirm 2 blocks per emote at maximum.
— By OOC days 2, the Zar'ei will have increased in size up to that of a Zevnka (max 2 feet), though having nothing like functional wings.
— While in the Zar'drakur state, if slain, their progress towards reconstitution will be reduced by 2 OOC days, possibly resetting it.

I support changing the respawn process for infernals, I do feel bad for killing you that one night but it just would have been very contradictory of RP to let an inferis go free. I generally don't support extensive respawn timers for any CAs or MAs across the server so hopefully these amendments are received in kind to reflect the desires of the playerbase

No, please, I loved that roleplay. It is entirely okay to kill me; my goal is to play a fun villain. I just want to be able to carry on roleplay without waiting a week; that is the goal of this amendment.

eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh

While this does seem to come from a good place of shortening respawn timers, I don't think inventing a new type of Inferi is a good idea. Why doesn't it evolve past a zezimar? Why do Inferi that are slain upon the material plane somehow converted into some worm thing upon their return, when Zar'Akal are not? It's a poor lore explanation for what really could just be reviving early includes a period of weakened something
