Aermund glanced down at the invitation as a soft smile began to form, "... Congratulations, mein dear friends." He turned his gaze towards his window, the smile now fading into a frown as he realized that his responsibilities would keep him from attending, "I shall be there in spirit."

Beside the father of the bride, the bride's deceased grandmother and namesake dabbed away a few tears of pride. "My goodness, how our little Vespira has grown! It seems just yesterday she was toddling about with her sisters... and now two of your daughters have become such well-respected ladies!" Esfir beamed greatly from above as her family yet grew.
