Let it be proclaimed to the High Kingdom, esteemed allies of the West, to all persons of honor, nobility, station, and fealty, and all denizens of the Realms, that in accordance with the abdication of his Royal Majesty, Tar-Zôrzagar Argelion Anorion Harren Arthalion, that in the Law of Succession and favour to his son and heir, his Royal Highness, Pharazon Auranion Harren Arthalion, that he is to ascend to his rightful place upon the White Throne.

Thus, to affirm before his subjects, before Aeradar and the Realms, the ascension and Coronation Ceremony of Tar-Pharazon Auranion Harren Arthalion shall be held in the High Kingdom of Idunia’s Capital, Alduun, in Minas Aradar’s Throne Room in the coming Saint’s Days, beckoning all toward the monumental occasion.

🟆. . . T H E    C O R O N A T I O N ;

In the presence of the Estates of the realm, the gathered Realms, and the Holy Church, Tar-Pharazôn Auranion Harren Arthalion shall reaffirm the sacred Oath of Tar-Númenatâr, and shall then be anointed and crowned by the High Pontiff Caius II. Thereupon shall the Crown of the Barrow Marches be placed upon his brow.

So shall he be vested with the supreme authority of the realm, and take upon himself the charge of the White Throne, to safeguard, to lead, and to govern his people with solemn duty and honor.

🟆. . . T H E    S W E A R I N G    O F    F E A L T Y ;

Upon the conclusion of the Coronation Ceremony, all vassals and those bound in allegiance to the High Kingdom of Idunia shall be called forth to swear their Oaths of Fealty and Loyalty to the Crown and to the realm.

Each shall appear bearing their banners and attired in the proper livery and regalia of their House, and, in keeping with tradition, may present offerings before the White Throne and the Crowned High King, in honorable representation of their rank and station.

Should any Duke, Baron, or Lord be unable to attend in person to discharge this duty, it is required that a duly appointed representative of their House be sent in their stead, there to fulfill the oath and obligations on their behalf.

🟆. . . T H E    C E L E B R A T O R Y    G A L A  ;

Following the completion of the Swearing of Fealty, all are graciously invited to partake in the festivities within the Ballroom of Minas Aradar. There, the newly appointed High Chancellor and Hand of the Crown shall preside over grand revelries in honor of the ascended Tar and Tari.

During the ball, several traditions will take place. Unwed bachelors, bachelorettes, and even the young will be expected to take to the dance floor, ensuring broad participation in the festivities. Refreshments will be available throughout the evening, with attendants assigned to serve food and drink and to oversee a fully provisioned bar.

In addition, each vassal will select one woman to represent them as a candidate for the title of Malos’ Chrysanthemum of the Númenaranyë, awarded to the most admired lady in the realm. A vote among those in attendance will decide the final choice, and the chosen will be rewarded with a gracious 250 Minae for their vassal, a Starsteel Band, the Title, and an opportunity to pick a gentleman or fair maiden from the crowd to dance with.

A contest between vassals is also proposed, in which teams of four will compete in a bow-based game of skill, The Vassal’s Volley. Each teamed vassal will be issued a set number of arrows, which may be retrieved and reused if they fail to strike their mark. In such a tourney, the winning Vassal shall earn a generous reward of 250 Minae, and a coffer of iron for besting other vassals within the High Kingdom.

The Vassal’s Volley
This is essentially a game of Dodgebolt renamed. If you are unsure about the mechanics:

• All four vassal team members will be selected ahead of time, and chosen by their vassal  (DM: jihsoo on Discord). 
• There will be only four arrows each round. Players will need to dodge the arrows. If one is hit with the arrow, they are out. If the arrow misses, the other team gets a chance to pick it up and shoot it. This repeats until all players from one team are all out. 
• This will be arranged tourney-style to find out who the ‘best’ vassal is. Rewarding them with 250 Minae and a full double chest stack of iron!

Within the palace office, the Hand of the Tar, Bârathân d’Artagnan, sat at his desk as Medliel, the architect of it all, stepped forward and placed the coronation missive into his hands gleefully, with a smile on her face as if waiting for his response. His eyes moved over to the missive, carefully reading it, then, he smiled.

 

Only then did he look up at her, meeting the Moth's gaze.

 

“Your best work yet, High Chancellor.” The Lion bid.

Sloane Kunya Pachakutiq had a warm smile on her features as she glanced over the missive. She had a satchel set aside, with gifts befit for the Tar. She gave a small glance over the missive "Well, I must find a suitable candidate for this ball now must I?" A soft chuckle escaped her.

Henrique was sat on his study room as his trusty guard came rushing in with the flyer as he set it on his table. "Dios mios, Osirís, what put you in this state?" Henrique asked as his book fell to the ground "Senor, after all the love you gave them, they forget to invite the House Salazar." Osirís rose his hand resting it on his chest "Que?" The little boy grabbed his book with one hand resting it on the table as with the other he read the flyer checking all the families and the guest list. Upon no seeing his name the little boy could only give a shrug to his guard followed by a sigh "Probably just a mistake, do you know how busy the Tar and Tari are? That just means that we haven't been showing our name that much and it doesn't mean we won't be coming to it as it is our duty to be there. I am sure they acidentaly just forgot it." His brow twitched as the boy continued to read waiving his hand for the guard to leave "I am sure it was only that, lo siento for bothering you senor." He chuckled as he left the room.
