[Amendment] Extremely Complicated Translocation Amendment!!!

Add the following redline to Summon Weapon

 

- Any form of arcane focus (other than yisar) and casting implement can be summoned with this ability.

 

OOC Purpose: Frieren larp and people already do this by making sure their focus is also something that counts as a weapon. It'd be nice to use it on like harps and wands legally though.

arcane focus staff = bonking stick

 

bonking stick = weapon

Musical instruments can be magic foci. So yes, mayonnaise can be a focus

I'd argue that an arcane focus is already viable for summon weapon without this amendment. 

 

What the spell really needs fixed is the first line where it says "Through familiarizing one’s self with their weapon of choose...." instead of "Through familiarizing one’s self with their weapon of choice..."

 

Have the physical, player-signed item, on your character just like a sword and you are good.

No one has ever complained that I've used this spell to summon a focus when I used them. 

 

I'd rather be more concerned that this spell is a way to cheese incanter's flow

voidal mage foci need to be Focus Crystal, Titan's Eye, Quietus Crystal, Magegold, or Arcanium. so no mayonnaise cannot be a focus

Truth. Reaction & instant cast spells (spells that are used during with connection emote) should not contribute to incanter's flow... but that is a different can of worms.
