I have recently found myself employed far from my home, so I am relocating. I am selling my sizeable home and small shop in Oasis Village for a modest price, as I need to move soon. Oasis Village is a beautiful place, with friendly people, out past the Elven lands, near Ravenhold. The home in question is right beside the main gates of the town, and the shop is just around the corner. Attached to this poster are pictures of the buildings in question. For the home, I am asking a modest price of 2500 minas, to cover the cost of the plot of land and the materials put into constructing the home. For the shop, I am asking 1000 minas, the original price of the shop stall. So for just 3500 minas, you could start a new life and a new business in beautiful Oasis Village! ((OOC: The town is regioned, I will get the Mayor to add you to the town region once the purchase is made and remove me. The town itself is one big region, so no one NOT in the town can mess with the house, and the people in the town are all very nice and dependable. I actually don't want to leave, but it's a pain walking 3000 blocks away to where I'm employed every time I need to grab something from home, so I'm moving. I'll be online on and off today (sunday) so if you want to buy the house, let me know here what a good time would be for you (try to let me know with EST, my timezone) and we'll meet up and make the sale.
