Octovian 12 Share Posted November 23, 2011 Some of you may know this building as the Irongut Bank, may be even its old history as a casino. Well, this sight of a building has come to my possession. As I have little use for it, I'm willing to sell the plot. It can easily be seen on the King's Road, a large stone-brick castle right of the Holme's HQ. Images shall be posted in a few hours, as I must go for now. Contact me if you're interested. My IGN is octovian10. The building currently three floors, which could be easily expanded. It is a beautiful plot worthy of value, but I just want to know how much you think it is worth. This will give any buyers a idea of how much to offer. Octovian 12 Author Share Posted November 23, 2011 I'm sure a fair price would far exceed 20,000. Of course, if it comes to that, i'd be forced to take it. In my current situation, I'm in need of 65,000 Minas, so the price will only lower in the case I find no buyers. But it is his to own, he can sell it for however much he deems reasonable. You got a hefty sum from it, now just hope it goes to someone who wont turn it into a iblees shrine =/.
